The downside of hosting with a cheap provider is that if at any point you require a backup or roll back of your website, it’s not always possible or requires a large fee. These hosting plans will place your website on a server with thousands of other websites, which slows down your site speed, affects your ability to rank well on search engines and poses a security risk. I provide Cloudways secure hosting with a maximum of 20 clients on a server at any one time, which boosts your site speed and improves security & SEO.

WordPress is a brilliant platform for your website and is able to run smoothly thanks to plugins that provide security, SEO optimisation, the ability to easily edit your content and take regular backups. However, these plugins are created by independent developers, are regularly changed and need to be updated on your site. If they’re not updated, you may have compromised security which can affect your ability to use your URL for Google Ads, and worst case scenario your website will go down or be hacked.

  • SMTP transactional email (to ensure forms & confirmation emails are delivered)
  • Daily backups stored in a secure offsite location. This means if you accidentally break your site making changes, we can roll back to the previous day
  • Access to agency-level plugin licenses to improve site speed, SEO and make DIY changes easier (worth over $400USD per year)
